Job Description: Customer Service Administrative Assistant


The Customer Service Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring efficient and effective customer support and administrative functions within the organization. This position requires exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.


1. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

2. Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records to support the smooth operation of the customer service department.

3. Assist in coordinating and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.

4. Collaborate with internal teams to gather and relay important information, ensuring seamless communication between departments.

5. Continuously update and maintain customer databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of customer information.


1. Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.

2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.

3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

4. Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite and CRM software.

5. Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all administrative and customer-related tasks.
